I am a 12 yo boy that weighs around 140 pounds, how do I get rid of the weight?
When I was about 9 years old I started gaining weight, and I was in 4th grade. I’m currently going into 7th grade and I hate being the fat kid. Nobody teases me about it or says anything about it, but I just want to be able feel comfortable with myself. I am 5′2 and weigh around 140 pounds. I used to go to Martial arts, but stopped that a few months ago. I occasionally play tennis. I am also planning on signing up for lacrosse during the next school year. I also never eat junk food, my parents are complete health-nuts. And since I have food allergies I can’t have the many sweets that have soy or nuts. I also never snack. I do play a video game on my computer, I used to play for hours a day, but now I don’t even play every day and I continue to gain weight. I have tried the workout tapes, and the doctor says it has nothing to do with my diet. Nothing seems to be working… How do I lose this extra weight?
