There seems to be some controversy regarding knock-out techniques in the martial arts.
Which do you regard as being the most effective and the most reliable?
Have you ever knocked anyone out?
How did you achieve the knock-out?
The best knock-out is the one your opponent doesn’t see coming. The best depends on each opponent. If you fight always looking for the one knock-out shot you will be easier to read and that makes it easier to beat you. For me the most effective attack for this outcome is the spin heal kick. But it is because people don’t expect me to do it as fast I can, and they get hit blind side.
