What type of Martial arts should I learn?

I’m interested about learning martial arts but I don’t know which one to choose. I want one that can help my flexibility, improve my speed, and endurance.

There is no best Martial Art. You wil get many different answers for that question, some espousing the benefits of this Art or that sport. The fact is, it is MUCH more important to have a good, qualified instructor, and be dedicated to learning and practicing. Even if there was a “greatest Style” if it isn’t taught in your area it won’t do a bit of good. One qualifying statement to that Most, not all, Tae Kwon Do classes these days are sport TKD and are pretty much worthless for self defense. Now traditionally taught TKD is a different story. The same applies to any style that is taught as a sport, which that depends on the class and instructor. All styles have both good and bad instructors that claim to teach them.
Most classes will let you try a class or two free. Go check out what you have in your area, chose between instructors not style.
All Martial Arts, even one taught as a sport will help with your flexibility, speed and endurance.
